Products in Shop
- All Product description/specification for most products is extracted from the original website of the Manufacturer of the products, Aqua By Nature will not be responsible for incorrect product description/specification mismatch if the manufacturer itself has made those errors.
- Product Pictures are also taken from the Manufacturers website as much as possible, if a reference picture is used, It will be mentioned in the details of the product.
- Pictures shown for Plants are of those grown Submersed (In Water) under Optimum Growing conditions. Please note that Most Plants that we ship are grown Emmersed (Out of Water) in High-Tech Farms in high humidity due to which the Leaf Shape & Size, Form or Color may vary compared to the same plant grown in submersed conditions.
- Due to a large inventory and Products being sold off the website as well, It is difficult to track items that have gone out of stock. Some products might not be available even if the product shows as available in the shop, We will notify you if you have purchased such a out of stock product and depending on your convenience will ship out when product is available or process a refund for your order. This is applicable for Accessories listed on the site only and not plants
- All Products are checked for working condition before being shipped.
- Aqua By Nature ONLY provides Warranty/Replacement on Items which have Warranty from the Manufacturer (eg: EHEIM).
Mode of Payment
- Payment can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets etc. which is processed though our Payment Partner PAYU and RazorPay through their Secure Payment Gateway.
- Payment can also be made via NEFT (Net Banking) after registering our account details with your bank and Bank Deposit. The details of the Bank Account will be provided on request if the Customer does not want to pay via the payment gateway. Please send a confirmation with details to firstname.lastname@example.org once payment is done via this mode.
- We ship Plants & Accessories only within India
- All Accessories which are available will be shipped within 3-5 Business Days after receiving cleared payment.
- All Plants Orders are shipped on Mon, Tue and Wed of the Week, for which Orders have to be placed and payed for 24 Hours Prior
- Shipping Charges for Items will be displayed once you proceed to check-out
- All items are appropriately packed based on content to prevent any damage in transit
- All Plants are shipped via Priority Shipping through FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery and Professional Pro depending on the destination location. All Plant Parcels are shipped through these logistics partners to ensure delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch. However, remote areas may take upto 4 days for Delivery.
- All Accessories are shipped via Surface Shipping through FedEx, Delhivery, etc. which is delivered within 3-10 business days after dispatch based on location
- Once items are shipped you will be sent the Tracking No and The Tracking Link via SMS and E-Mail within 24 HRS
- Aqua By Nature will not be responsible for delays by the Carrier as it is out of our span of control. However, we monitor the delivery status of Parcels and will follow through with Logistics Partners in case of any issues.
Money Back Gaurantee
- All items which are available will be shipped within 3-5 Business Days after receiving cleared payment. Out of Stock items will take 10-15 Business Days. Some niche items will be got against order only and shipping time of such products is mentioned in the Product Description page. If you do not wish to wait for so long to receive out of stock items we offer to refund the money that you have sent us.
